All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Custom commissions or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at checkout or via email.

🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We offer flat-rate shipping based on item size/weight or free shipping promotions when available.
Most domestic packages arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

🌍 International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries.
Delivery times vary based on location, typically 7–21 business days.
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by their country.

🚚 Shipping Carriers

We typically use USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on package size and delivery location. Carrier selection may vary to ensure the best shipping rate and delivery time.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected items.
We may offer free local pickup or delivery options within Central TX—please contact us to arrange.

🛑 Delivery Issues & Delays

While we do our best to meet delivery timelines, shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high-volume periods.

🖼️ Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days with photos of the packaging and item. We’ll assess the situation and provide a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
