Refund Policy

At Sarah and Brushes, we are committed to providing high-quality, engaging art experiences for children, families, and clients. We understand that scheduling changes and unexpected circumstances may arise. The following policy outlines the terms under which refunds and credits may be issued.

🖼️ Artwork & Product Sales

  • All sales of original artwork, custom commissions, and handmade items are final.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will work with you to offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

🎨 Classes & Mini-Camps

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance of the scheduled class or camp will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made 3–6 days in advance are eligible for a 50% refund or a full credit toward a future session.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable. However, we may offer credit toward a future session if space allows.

  • No-shows are not eligible for a refund or credit.

⚠️ Policy Limitations

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

🖌️ Private Lessons & Paint Parties

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all private lessons and event bookings.

  • If you need to reschedule, please provide notice at least 72 hours in advance. We will gladly apply your deposit to a new date.

  • Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of the scheduled event may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
